Let's get to the real deal! I want you to know that I am not just a Therapist.

I am a real person having had to endure many of the things that you are dealing with right now

I've made moves in a lot of different areas, but these things do not describe the impact I hope to have on your life.

Like many, having faced adversities as early as I can remember, growing up a military kid we moved so many times. Facing challenge after challenge, changing schools, changing grade levels, the frequency of being the new kid and having to make new friends. I had no sense of stability until I got closer to high school. As I became older meant facing new challenges that I like many was not prepared. As an adult it took a lot of trial and error to become what I called rooted in my life. Today, I'm not only rooted in life.
